GO! Supermarket Groundbreaking Ceremony

On the morning of March 29, 2019, senior representatives of Central Group (Thailand) and COFICO’s Board of Directors solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Go Mall Supermarket Project in Ly thuong Kiet Street, Nghia Chanh Ward, Quang Ninh Province, with appripximately 15.252m2 for building. In response to the trust from the partners, Mr. Le Dang Vinh – COFICO’s General Director also shared that with the prestige and brand of COFICO, it is trusted by numerous large international partners, from Japan, Singpapore,… COFICO commits to focus our resources to coordinate with the Investor and partners to deploy and complete the project on schedule, ensuring the quality and safety of the project, meeting the requirements and expectations of the Investor. The project has a construction area of more than 15.252 m2 of floor and is located in a rapidly growing position in Quang Ngai. The project is the third consecutive project marking the expansion of COFICO’s construction area in the Central region of Vietnam, after Hoi An South Development Condotel and Hoya Lens Factory. Moreover, this can be considered a completely correct strategy when the Government is now issuing many priority policies to develop the Central region, especially Dung Quat Industrial Zone, Chu Lai Open Economic Zone. It is expected that GO! Quang Ngai, when put into operation at the end of 2019, will create jobs for more than 1,000 local workers and partners. GO! Quang Ngai also promises to contribute new faces to trade and the local economy when contributing to the promotion and consumption of goods, agricultural products and specialties of Quang Ngai in particular and Vietnamese goods in general.
