COFICO CELEBRATES THE GRAND OPENING CEREMONY OF THE LŌ-GOI HUNG YEN PROJECT

On July 11, 2025, COFICO was honored to attend the Inauguration Ceremony of the LŌ-GOI Hung Yen Project at Industrial Park No. 3 (Ecoland), Hung Yen province – one of the most modern ready-built warehouses for lease in the Northern region, invested and developed by LŌ-GOI Group.

As the D&B General Contractor responsible for the entire design and construction of the project, COFICO is proud to have partnered with LŌ-GOI in creating an industrial complex that meets international standards, is oriented towards sustainable development, and satisfies rigorous criteria for technical specifications, safety, and operational efficiency.

The project is designed and implemented to achieve LEED Gold certification, targeting investors and businesses in the manufacturing and logistics sectors, with numerous outstanding features:

Gross Floor Area (GFA): 85,295 m²
Clear Height: 10.5 m
Floor Loading: 3 tons/m²
Fire Protection System: NFPA compliant
Minimum Leasable Area: 3,000 m²





The project not only marks a significant milestone in the developer’s growth but also contributes to enhancing the infrastructure capacity of the Hung Yen industrial region, supporting the expansion of the supply chain network, especially in the context of Vietnam’s booming logistics industry.

The opening ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including local authorities, strategic partners, and representatives from major enterprises. This event was not only an occasion to mark the project handover but also a celebration honoring the values of cooperation, the spirit of partnership, and the collective efforts to overcome challenges among all parties.
