The High-Tech Steel Structure Production Factory HTSB, located in Chau Duc Industrial Park, Chau Duc District, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, Vietnam, spans an area of 76,450 m² and commenced construction in Q1/2024. This is the third factory of High-Tech Steel Builder Joint Stock Company, with a designed production capacity of 60,000 tons per year and a total investment of 1,000 billion VND.
This factory focuses on manufacturing steel products for projects requiring high technical standards, incorporating green technology solutions and environmentally friendly materials. These include LEED-certified buildings and offshore wind energy structures.
Currently, the HTSB High-Tech Steel Structure Production Factory project is in the final sprint stage, ensuring that progress aligns with the scheduled handover in Q4/2024. COFICO’s management team is intensifying efforts across all construction components, concentrating resources and technology to meet strict quality and timeline requirements. Timely completion will not only fulfill the investor’s commitments but also pave the way for future developments of the project and the region.
