COFICO – HANDOVER OF ACCREDO ASIA FACTORY PROJECT – PHASE 2

In early October 2022, amidst jubilant atmosphere, the collective effort of COFICO and its Executive Board came to fruition with the completion and handover of the Accredo Asia Factory – Phase 2 in VISP 2A Industrial Park, Bac Tan Uyen District, Binh Duong Province to the Investor – Accredo Asia Company Limited.



Similar to Phase 1, the Phase 2 of the factory was designed and constructed to European standards and achieved LEED® Silver certification for its use of solar energy systems to conserve energy, waste elimination, and reduction of emissions, accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council.

The successful construction and commissioning of this factory since late September 2022 have contributed to the expansion of production and enhancement of business efficiency for API Group (USA) – one of the world’s leading industrial packaging manufacturers..



In the role of the main contractor, the COFICO team has continuously strived to ensure management, construction, and completion from structural construction, MEP installation, infrastructure, etc., in a rational manner, on schedule, ensuring that the project meets LEED® Silver evaluation standards and handover according to the plan committed to the Investor.

Through each project, the COFICO engineering team continues to learn and elevate their construction standards. In addition to the Phase 2 Expansion project of the Accredo Asia Factory with LEED Silver standards, COFICO is also expeditiously completing and handing over projects designed to be environmentally friendly such as Custom-built Warehouse and Packaging Manufacturing Workshop for MP3 (CDBECO), ECPVN Binh Duong 2 Logistics Center (Emergent), etc. This clearly demonstrates the environmental protection orientation, becoming a socially responsible organization, not only constructing buildings but also building good and sustainable relationships that COFICO is pursuing.
