In mid-October 2022, the COFICO team and management conducted the handover of the ECPVN Binh Duong 2 Logistics Center project, with Emergent Capital Partners Vietnam (Singapore) as the Investor.
The ECPVN Binh Duong 2 Logistics Center project is located in Tan Dong Hiep B Industrial Park, with a total construction area of 38,000 square meters, divided into 2 zones consisting of 2 main warehouse areas with other supporting facilities. This project was designed and constructed to meet the increasing demand of businesses in the field of warehousing and storage services; logistics services; warehouse and workshop rental.
Therefore, the project requirements demand high concentration from the design stage to the entire construction and coordination process. With extensive experience in industrial warehouse construction, COFICO and the management team have endeavored to overcome the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic to fulfill commitments regarding safety, quality, and schedule to the Investo.
