COFICO Annual General Meeting 2013

The Annual General Meeting 2013 with attendance of Board of Directors, shareholders, guests and Board of Management was hold in 28 June 2014 at Duxton Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City. At the meeting, shareholders approved 2013 Business Performances and key indicators of 2014 Business Plan as well.

Despite of spending another difficult year of the economy, COFICO achieved the highest revenue ever with the stable and safety financial ratios. To the year 2014, the core values have been consolidated, re-structural activities at head office, succession planning and BIM application have continuously accelerated, importantly maintain the good relationships with existing clients and continue to develop new potential markets/clients as well. To reach the strategies, besides internal efforts, COFICO has positive support from the strategic shareholders and partners.  

COFICO welcomed Mr. Nagao Makoto – Managing Director – Maeda Corporation and Mr. Masakazu Noguchi – Chief Officer cum Deputy General Manager, International Operations Division – Maeda Corporation, Member of COFICO BOD to convey their experiences to young leaders in June 2014

Mr. Thomas Ho – CEO of Gammon, member of COFICO BOD recently met with Mr. Le Dang Xu and management teams for an overseas project.
