In the morning of 27 August 2014, at the Vista Verde Sales Gallery – Dong Van Cong Street – Thanh My Loi Ward – District 2 – HCM City, the signing ceremony for the main contractor contract was held by the investor being CapitaLand and its partner being Thien Duc Co., Ltd for which COFICO has been appointed as a main contractor.

Mr. Le Dang Xu – Chairman and CEO of COFICO said at the ceremony: ” As a contractor, we are proud to be appointed as a main contractor for the project invested by CapitaLand being a huge investor from Singapore whose logo has appeared in many large cities worldwide at those high quality projects which always satisfy customer’s requirements and Thien Duc Co., Ltd being a relatively successful property developer in Vietnam. Therefore, we are aware of our responsibilities and shall focus all best efforts to successfully complete the project, not only to satisfy the employer’s requirements for Progress – Quality – Safety but also to meet the residents’ expectations so that they will be proud to live in the Vista Verde”.
