In the middle of March 2012, Gammon Construction officially became strategic shareholder of Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 – COFICO following the predefined plan “Development of strategic partnership” signed in February 10, 2012.
Mr. Le Đang Xu – Chairman cum CEO of COFICO và Mr. Thomas Ho – Chief Executive Officer of Gammon HK signed the plan “Development of Strategic Partnership”. Other representatives such as Mr.Simon Lindley Keswick – Director of Jardines Group, Mr.Alain Cany – President of Jardine Matheson VN, Mr. Sam Houston – Financial Director of Gammon HK, Mr.Shuji Tanaka – Deputy General Director of COFICO.
