COFICO ORGANIZED 2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

On June 28, 2023, the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 – COFICO was held at Saigon Prince Hotel to announce the 2022 Business Results and 2023 Business Orientation and Plan.






Mr. Le Dang Vinh – General Director of COFICO on behalf of the Meeting Executive Board presented the report of the Board of Directors on 2022 Business Results, Business Orientation and Plan for Year 2023 as well as some Proposals for 2022 and 2023. 




Mr. Le Dang Xu – Chairman of the Board of Directors spoke at the General Meeting about the difficulties COFICO has encountered over the years and shared the executive orientations in the coming time to look forward to a better future. He also affirmed that ESC and BIM (Building Information Modeling) are one of the important areas that have brought positive achievements to COFICO in the near future.



2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders took place successfully with high unanimity from all shareholders of the Company.



In 2023, COFICO will continue to maintain a prudent strategy in operating activities, bidding,…, maintaining the stability of the company in all aspects, especially prioritizing human resources, continuing to maintain and promote strategic cooperation with strategic shareholders – Maeda Group (Japan) and other potential partners; focus on projects of reputable investors with good payment conditions to ensure the goal of maintaining financial stability, ensuring shareholders’ interests, and taking better care of the lives of employees in the current economic crisis.
