COFICO – ECO LOGISTICS CENTER PROJECT RECEIVES LEED CERTIFICATION (USA)

In mid-July 2023, COFICO and the Investor of the Eco Logistics Center Project (formerly known as the Built-to-Suit Warehouse and Packaging Manufacturing Plant project) in My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province, joyfully received the LEED certification awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

As the Design & Build (D&B) general contractor, COFICO takes pride in being a partner that delivers optimized designs aimed at creating energy-efficient structures, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and fostering environmentally friendly living environments for society while still ensuring functional suitability according to the Investor’s requirements.




The LEED certification of the Eco Logistics Center marks a new milestone for both COFICO as the D&B general contractor and Frasers Property Vietnam as the Investor in the process of developing residential, industrial, warehouse projects, etc., meeting international standards and advancing towards realizing sustainable development goals in Vietnam.
