On the morning of March 7, 2022, Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 (COFICO) together with Investor OFH Company Limited (OFH) conducted the Groundbreaking Ceremony of OfficeHaus Commercial – Service Building Project in Celadon City, Tan Phu District, City. Ho Chi Minh. COFICO is honored to be trusted and selected by OFH Investor as the General Contractor of this project.
OfficeHaus is located on a green area in the center of Celadon City urban area, guarding residential area, and Aeon Mall. Inspired by Bauhaus style (focusing on space – light – user’s needs), OfficeHaus Commercial – Service Building and designed by Korn Architects is a project with a total CFA of more than 23,416 m2, including 1 basement and 7 floors, each floor area is ~2,500m2.
It is expected that OfficeHaus will be a Class B office building complex with airy design, taking advantage of natural light and modern style, bringing a sense of comfort to employees. In addition to the goal of meeting the current increasing demand for office space in Ho Chi Minh City, OfficeHaus is also a “green” office project that meets the strict conditions of the LEED Certification for green and eco-friendly constructions.
Undoubtedly, OfficeHaus will be one of the outstanding commercial and service buildings in Celadon City, Tan Phu District, City. Ho Chi Minh.
