On 26 Oct, 09 at Sheraton Hotel, the representative of Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 COFICO – General Director Le Dang Xu – has officially signed the contract with the An Phu Joint Stock Company for building the An Phu Plaza on substructure, superstructure and finishing works. An Phu Plaza, located at 117-119 Ly Chinh Thang, Dist 3, estimated to complete within 17 months, area 22.338 m2 m2, 18 floors, 2 basements with many public facilities and high-class services.
Recently, COFICO has contracted and carried out several large-scale projects in the city as well as in the country.
