Investor to build the Van Thanh market on the golden land plot in Binh Thanh district

SSG Construction and Real Estate Joint Stock Company, Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 (COFICO), SunWah Properties Company (Vietnam) and Building Materials Corporation No.1 (FICO) have won the contract to build the Van Thanh market in Binh Thanh District, HCM City, following the approval by the HCM City People’s Committee. This is the “Golden Land Plot” the city has opened to attract investors. The total investment capital proposed by the investors is VND903 billion of which VND215 billion will be supported through the city’s budget.

Van Thanh Market will be developed into a center for trade, commercial buildings and offices and will be completed in thirty (30) months from the date of finalizing compensation payments and ground clearance.
