Topping Out Ceremony at New Skyline Project

The New Skyline project has been invested by House and Urban Development and Investment Corporation (HUD) – Ministry of Construction. On 15th May 2013, the topping out ceremony was held in Van Quan New Urban Area, Ha Dong District, Hanoi, welcomed Board of Management of HUD and the honorable guests from Ministry of Construction – Mr. Nguyen Tran Nam – Deputy Minister, Vietcombank, Agribank, partners and customers, media corporations.

In the current negative market, the topping out ceremony is as a highlight recording the efforts from both owner and contractors. The project includes two towers of 36 storeys and 2 basements, is the highest building invested by HUD and executed by COFICO-HUD3 contractors joint venture, one tower for each member. On this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Hong Viet – Director of COFICO Branch in Ha Noi – represented the contractor joint venture had a speech: “Our contractor joint venture have closely coordinated to control labor safety, schedule and quality. We have committed to finish the remaining works with highest quality”.

Through several of completed projects, Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 – COFICO as the long – term prestigious general contractor always accompanies with HUD. As delivered schedule from Mr. Nghiem Van Bang – Chairman of HUD, New Skyline Project shall be completed in 2014.
