In order to re-evaluate the situation of implementation, organization and site layout control at sites, step by step standardize and further improve the organization of construction site plan at sites, on October 12, 2019, the ESC – HSE – USD Division successfully organized the Workshop of organizing the site layout.
Main contents of the workshop are as followed:
1. Summary report on implementation of the site layout control at projects in 2019.
2. The implementation of the site layout from the bidding stage and before the execution of the project.
3. Proposed solutions for controlling the site layout / 3D models, cameras.
4. Prelim solutions.
5. Comments, suggestions and discuss solutions to improve the organization of construction site plan in the projects.
6. The General Director gives instructions for organizing the site layout in the upcoming projects.
Participants of the workshop include Board of Directors of the Company, Directors of Construction Division, Director of Construction, Project Management Board, relevant Departments / Departments and Site Safety Heads.
After the workshop, everyone understood more about the importance of organizing construction site plan at sites. At the same time, the workshop was also received many valuable and meaningful contributions to the implementation of the organization site layout at sites.
