On July 01st 2021, Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 (COFICO) has organized the 1st Board of Directors’ Meeting of Year 2021. The meeting was attended by members of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board and Top Management representatives of COFICO.
Matters relating to changing economic dynamics, the difficulty of the construction industry, and especially those consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic as well as COFICO’s achievement during a 2020 have been analyzed and discussed in detail by members.
At the same time, BOD and BOM also provide reinforcing suitable solutions to consolidate the operating management system and adapt to the new situations, based on the solid foundation of sustainability and reputation of COFICO, together with the close supports from our great shareholders, especially our strategic shareholder called MAEDA Corporation Japan.
In addition, the Board of Directors also discussed the preparation to organize the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders FY 2020 in a manner suitable to the current epidemic situation and social distancing in Ho Chi Minh City.
