On February 28, 2020, Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 (COFICO) has organized the 1st Board of Directors’ Meeting of 2020, as part of a series of events marking a strong start to the new year.
The meeting was attended by members of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board and Top Management representatives of COFICO.
Matters relating to changing economic dynamics, the difficulty of the construction industry as well as COFICO’s achievement during a 2019 have been analyzed and discussed in detail by members.
At the same time, each member also addressed their ideas and comments about the future development of COFICO, creating a premise for strategies and business plans in 2020 and the coming years on the way to achieve the goals 50th anniversary of COFICO’s establishment.
In addition, this 1st Board of Directors’ Meeting of 2020 also marks the debut of Mr. Le Dang Vinh, current General Director of COFICO as a new member of the Board (recently appointed to office by the GMS in late 2019).
