Annual Shareholders’ General Meeting 2010

On the 2nd, July – 2011, the annual shareholders’ meeting of Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 was held successfully at Lotus Hall in Legend Hotel. At  the meeting, Mr. Le Đang Xu – Chairman of Director Board – reported the business activities of Cofico in 2010, also the  strategy and missions in 2011 and business plan for 5 years from 2011 to 2015. In the tenure 2011 – 2015, Board of Directors announce important decisions to consolidate mechanism due to financial crisis and strategy for development plan of Cofico and Mr. Xu  will take charge of Chairman and CEO concurrently after this meeting. The meeting was closed with trust and hope of all shareholders, also marking promising changes with best effort of Cofico’s team in the future.
