COFICO Won Tender of Lotus Apartment Project

On June 08th 2012, Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 – COFICO won tender of Lotus Apartment Project – Package: Superstructure and Finishing Work. Lotus Apartment which is invested by the Investor Saigon Trading Corporation Company Limited, is located on the address 262/20 Lac Long Quan Street, Ward 10, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City. The project has GFA around 25,617 m2 consisting 250 apartments, 01 basement, 01 ground-floor with mezzanine, 17 storeys and roof. The project is expected to finish within eighteen months as of July 1st , 2012.
