On the morning of May 18, 2021, Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 (COFICO) and A&V Viet My Trading and Service Investment Joint Stock Company (Cloud Gate) solemnly held the Ground-Breaking Ceremony of L’Aurora Phu Yen Luxury Resort & Entertainment Complex Project at Lot B2, Doc Lap Street, Binh Kien Commune, Tuy Hoa City, Phu Yen Province. COFICO is honored to be trusted and selected by the Developer – Cloud Gate – as the General Contractor of this project.
In parallel with the preparation for the Ground-Breaking Ceremony and construction implementation, the COFICO epidemic prevention and control measures as well as the local epidemic prevention and control measures are also strictly implemented to ensure that no problems arise and affect the Vietnam’s Covid-19 prevention plan.
With an area of approximately 5 hectares with a total investment of VND 1,500 billion, L’Aurora Phu Yen project is proud to be one of the most coastal and largest-scale projects in Phu Yen at the moment.
