On 28/05/2012, Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 (COFICO) and CHV Spring Ltd. (the representative of Capital Land Group) officially signed Agreement in order to commence PARCSPRING – Zone C2 – Phase 1.
PARCSPRING – Zone C2 – Phase 1 has its function as the luxury apartments including two blocks of 18 storeys/block, one block of 13 storeys and other auxiliary parts.
Currently, COFICO and Capital Land Group has been executing for the design & build package of PARCSPRING Luxury Apartment – Zone C1 & C3 – Phase 2 and one more project in Ha Noi.
