Business Co – Operation MOU Between COFICO and Maeda Corporation (Japan)

On Monday, May 28th, 2012 at Maeda Corporation Head office in Tokyo, COFICO and Maeda have successfully executed the MOU, setting the steady platform for both parties’ strategic cooperation in Vietnam and regional nations. According as each relevant project, both parties shall combine the resources and the expert project management capabilities; The such cooperative model with Maeda being renowned international contractor and COFICO being a well experienced local contractor, Maeda’s and COFICO’s Boards of Directors believe that the best efficiency deriving from strongest effort can be achieved, thereby critically reinforce our mutual competitive platform.
