The JD Property (Vietnam) Logistics Park Hai Phong 1 project is constructed by General Contractor COFICO in the Non-tariff zone and Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Zone (Zone 1), located in Hai Phong City with a total investment of 32 million USD and commenced operations in Q4/2023.
The project is invested by JD Future Explore V Limited (Hong Kong) – owned by JD.Com Group (China), one of the largest strategic shareholders of Tiki.vn in its Singapore branch – and this investment marks the second international standard smart logistics project of JD Property in Vietnam. 
The commercial warehouse area is built on a total land area of approximately 97,000m2. The leasing area varies from 5,000m2 to 55,000m2. This warehouse area is pre-built to serve e-commerce activities of investors in various industries, sectors, and from different countries.
Nam Dinh Vu is the only industrial zone in Vietnam with an inland port (Nam Dinh Vu port) and is specially designed to be closely linked with the seaport system and the logistics chain of Northern Vietnam. Therefore, JD Property Logistics Park Hai Phong I will fully benefit from the seaport system of Hai Phong.
At the same time, this large-scale project also contributes to realizing the goals set in Resolution 45 of the Politburo, which identifies building Hai Phong as the leading city nationwide in the industrialization, modernization, and development of a modern, smart, sustainable industrial sector.
