Gateway Thao Dien Topping’s Up Ceremony

In 31^st May 2017, Sonkim Land – the developer together with Cofico and all the related consultants (Mace, Arup, NQh, Aurecons…)’s representatives have participated in Gateway Thao Dien’s Topping Out Ceremony of Aspen Tower (42 storeys). It marked the occasion in signifying the end of the structural assembly.

Cofico’s top management and on-site senior team have overcome many challenging to research and optimize the construction method to meet the high requirements for this project.

And Cofico’s also honour while Gateway Thao Dien has been winning the first two “Best Luxury Condo” awards at Vietnam Property Awards for Y2015.
