After the events that Gammon (Hong Kong) and Maeda Corporation (Japan) alternately became Cofico’s strategic shareholders, Cofico held “Team Building” activity welcomed senior leaders of Maeda – Cofico – Gammon and Cofico’s management board on the occasion of national holiday, 2nd September 2013.

Within “Team Building” activity, Mr. Koichi Oabra – President of Maeda, Mr. Thomas On Sing Ho – CEO of Gammon and Mr. Le Dang Xu – Chairman cum CEO of Cofico sincerely presided the summit together to share their noble experiences in corporate management and other issues in life to all Cofico’s management board.

Mr.Le Dang Xu opened the summit with a certain belief in Cofico’s future accompanied with the two strategic shareholders who have been the international construction corporations such as Gammon and Maeda.

In the summit, Mr. Koichi Obara especially emphasized on the key elements such as “winsome”, “communication”, “ownership” and “technology” which have properly integrated to build up “Trust” with each other. He shared that: ”I am very much hopeful that from this moment on, various processes leading to form a solid trust between your senior management and our staff from Maeda will organically develop like blood circulating.”

Mr. Thomas Ho also had a strong highlight on “Trust” and learning spirit to serve the aim of Cofico’s development. As his previous presentations, on this occasion, he introduced the latest technologies which have been currently applied in Gammon Hong Kong and showed his willingness to share all to Cofico.

The first “Team Building” activity as from Gammon and Maeda became Cofico’s strategic shareholders maintained a deep significance in Maeda – Cofico – Gammon relationship; Circumstances, through the activity, Cofico’s management board upgraded their perception of solidarity and mutual understanding then made the commitment to build a sustainable corporation.
