The commencement ceremony of Senla Boutique Hotel Project

On 29 august 2011, Diep Bach Duong Real Estate Co., Ltd officially hold commencement ceremony of Senla Boutique Hotel project, located at 64 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe ward, Dist 1, Ho Chi Minh city. Well known as “golden location” of Ho Chi Minh city downtown, Senla Boutique hotel is designed regarding with 5-star facilities of international high class hotel standard, including 2 basements, 3- floor podium and 12 floor of suites and deluxe rooms. In the ceremony, Ms. Diep, General Director of Diep Bach Duong Company, shared her opinions about the project “architectural unique, international high class services and ideal destination of businessman arriving Ho Chi Minh city”. In addition, all parties taking part in the project, consisting of: P&T architect and engineer Co, Aurecon M&E contractor, WATG interior design, UDC company expressed high confidence of Cofico capacity and project’s success. With rich experience of executing high rise building and high class hotels, COFICO gained Client’s trust and cordially nominated as project general contractor.
