COFICO has commenced the Linh Trung apartment project

On the occasion of the 35th Anniversary of the Liberation day of Vietnam, in the morning 28 April 2010, the Saigon Construction Corporation as the investor, carried out the commencement ceremony of Building 213-216 Linh Xuan, Linh Trung ward, Thu Duc district regard to the program of socialization of housing for low income people. COFICO has been selected to execute the construction of this more than 800-apartment project. The representatives from the Government, concerned authorities and organizations have come and joined this ceremony. Through the mobilization and implementation of this housing program which carried out by Ministry of Construction, Linh Xuan building is one of many projects that will be put under execution in the coming years. This is also the first time that COFICO takes part in the government‘s socialization of housing program with the aim of creating the home-owned opportunities for low income people. The program of socialization of housing for low income people that put social welfare at the first priority is the significant matter and drawing the attention of public opinion. COFICO is committed to meet the quality and schedule of this project’s requirements as the humble contribution into development of government’s social welfare program. Project is expected to be completed in 24 months of construction.
