On 09 April 2013, at Binh Trung Dong Ward – District 2 – HCMC, PARCSpring Project’s Topping out Ceremony was held on schedule. The project has been invested by CapitaLand Group and executed by COFICO welcoming the representatives from CapitaLand, Singapore Consul General, State Departments, Media Corporations, partners and customers.
Mr. Le Dang Xu – Chairman & CEO of COFICO congratulated CapitaLand Group on the topping out ceremony.
Mr. Le Dang Xu, Chairman and CEO of COFICO had a speech that “We are as the main contractor pleased to corporate with CapitaLand Group to build PARCSpring project. By the conjugation between CapitaLand‘s experiences and reputation and COFICO’s executing proficiency, we believe that the project will timely and qualitatively completed.”

COFICO is the first Vietnamese main contractor has executed CapitaLand‘s projects and CapitaLand is one of the leading real estate groups in Asia. As scheduled, PARCSpring will be completed in Quarter 4, 2013.
