COFICO started on 2014 activities

On 12 February 2014, COFICO held periodically Board of Director Meeting (BOD Meeting) discussing about the overview of business performance 2013 in economic outlook 2014, business plan and targets 2014. At the meeting, all members of BOD consentaneously agreed with the remarkable revenue was recorded and business strategy 2014 is to expect to create positive changes to COFICO.

In the evening, COFICO Training Centre honorably welcomed members of BOD and guests to join the “Leading Change Programme” for COFICO managers and young leaders. The workshop hold by Mr. Tony Small – Director of Health, Safety and Sustainability of Gammon Hong Kong, initiated a series of COFICO young leaders training programme 2014 by experts from Gammon Hong Kong, local and international partners and COFICO leaders.

Mr. Thomas Ho – CEO of Gammon Hong Kong, member of BOD and Mr. Le Dang Xu – Chairman, CEO of COFICO discussed with COFICO managers.

On this occasion, Mr. Thomas Ho and honorable guests visited two COFICO typical projects: Viettel and Vinakyoei. Mr. Thomas Ho highly appreciated working performance of site teams then shared noble advices and awarded presents to motivate the learning-spirit and contributions of the teams as well.

Successively, on 14February 2014, Mr. Le Dang Xu – Chairman and CEO of COFICO and Mr. Le Dang Vinh – Corporate Strategy Director had a business trip to Gammon Hong Kong for discussing overseas projects combined with attending Spring Dinner which has been held annually by Gammon.
