In the middle of August, Cofico’s project team at the $4 billion South Hoi An Casino project recently celebrated breaking ground ceremony. The project locates nearby the old town of Hoi An with the land area is around 1000 ha, integrated casino resort, invested by a joint venture of Vietnam-focused asset management firm VinaCapital, Macau-based SunCity Group, and Hong Kong-based Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Ltd – well-known property developers in all over the world.
Cofico project team managing construction of 2 buildings with 2 storeys of podium and 13 – 15 storeys of tower, the total CFA is around 54,200 m2. The project is scheduled for completion in 2019 and promising one of the main point projects in the central of Vietnam.
