In 19th March 2018, Senior Management’s representatives of Thuan Phat Real Estate JSC and Cofico have celebrated breaking ground ceremony for Lovera Park project. This project locates in Binh Chanh commune – the new urban area which has a fast growth speed in infrastructure and properties development in Hochiminh City.
Cofico team will be in charge to build 145 luxury villas – which has been developed by one subsidiary of Khang Dien Real estate. Cofico team understand that this is an important and potential project, then we gather our strong team to serve for this project.
