Go! Mall Quang Ngai is commissioning

26^th Feb 2020 marks an important milestone of Cofico team since we hand-over the Go! Mall project commissioning. This is the first mega market which Central Group (Thailand) invests in Quang Ngai province with new brand named Go! Mall.

As the general contractor for whole project, Cofico had started its construction in the middle of May 2019. The site is in Quang Ngai province then the management team has faced with many challenges such as: the severe weather condition, sub-contractor selection is also limited…Besides, it requires us very flexibility in construction while the design is going on at the same time. Thanks to the actual experience from Hoiana, Hoya Lens factory… locate in the same area, Go! Mall site management team has collaborated with Cofico technical team to provide the suitable solutions to reach schedule, quality and safety of the project.

Central Group is known as interdisciplinary corporation, owned by Chirathivat whose fortune achieves $21bil, is the 2^nd richest family in Thailand focusing on retail and real estate industry. In recent years, Vietnam market contributes around ¼ revenue for this group. Therefore, it’s such an honor of Cofico to work with Central Group Thailand – Central Retail Corporation on this project.
