Annual General Meeting FY 2018

On 04th June 2019, The Annual General Meeting 2018 (AGM) of Construction Joint Stock Company No 1 (COFICO) has been organized in Saigon Prince Hotel (District 1, HCMC). The agenda of this meeting included report on the KPI of FY2018, and business plan of FY2019. The attendance at the meeting includes members of Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, individual shareholders, institutional investors, Senior staff of COFICO and relating affiliates, partners. Representatives of Maeda and Gammon, two strategic shareholders of COFICO delivered the speeches in which they mentioned their belief in COFICO’s growth and willingness to support for COFICO’s development in the future. Last but not least, in the Chairman’s speech, he honestly shared that company had gone through some periods of tough time in the past and how COFICO overcame those challenges. He strongly believed that the young leadership generation of company could achieve the good results in growing the company in the upcoming years. The meeting was finished successfully with KPI and Business Planning for 2019 have been agreed by all members of Board of Directors and presented shareholders.
