On 03 March morning, at the headquarter of Balfour Beatty, in the meeting with Ministry of Construction of Vietnam, Balfour Beatty and Gammon – a member of Balfour Beatty and a shareholder of COFICO – made a commitment to support COFICO on such the technology transfer and training as well to aim to be a leading international standard contractor in Vietnam Besides, on the business trip, Mr. Le Dang Xu also had a private meeting with Mr. Andrew McNaughton – CEO of Balfour Beatty and Mr. Stephen Tarr – Managing Director of Civil Engineering of Balfour Beatty.
