On March 1, 2024, amidst a joyful atmosphere, representatives from the leadership of Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 – COFICO, the Investor – High-Tech Steel Builder Joint Stock Company (referred to as “Steel Builder Company”), along with partners, held a successful groundbreaking ceremony for the High-Tech Structural Steel Factory Project (abbreviated as “HTSB Factory”) at Chau Duc Industrial Park, Chau Duc District, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province. The ceremony not only marked the beginning of an important project but also provided an opportunity for stakeholders to demonstrate their determination and commitment to the successful and efficient implementation of the project.
High-Tech Steel Builder Joint Stock Company (HTSB), one of the leading companies in the design, manufacturing, and installation of pre-engineered steel buildings and high-tech structural steel in Vietnam. The HTSB Factory project at Chau Duc Industrial Park, Ba Ria Vung Tau Province, is the third factory of Steel Builder Joint Stock Company, with a designed capacity of 60,000 tons per year, an investment of 1,000 billion VND, focusing mainly on producing steel products for projects requiring high technical quality, needing green technology solutions, and using environmentally friendly materials such as LEED-certified buildings, offshore wind power projects, etc.
The HTSB Factory project, implemented and constructed by COFICO from the first quarter of 2024, is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2024, marking a significant step forward in contributing to the socio-economic development of the region and the country. After the HTSB Factory starts production, it will not only provide labor resources and income for the community but also contribute to producing high-quality products, driving the industry and market. In particular, this project will create a great attraction for investors and businesses both domestically and internationally, contributing to the sustainable development of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province in general and Chau Duc District in particular. Furthermore, the HTSB Factory will also be an important premise, creating favorable conditions for Steel Builder Company to implement subsequent projects, thereby positively contributing to the development and prosperity of the community and the country.
