On 18 Sep, 2010, COFICO was awarded the tender package of Substructure, Basement and Superstructure of the Golden Hill buildings complex – Phase 1, which designed by CASA Hongkong and owned by Ngan Binh Investment & Construction Co. Ltd
Located at the city center, No. 87, Cong Quynh Street, Nguyen Cu Trinh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City with an area of 8.320m2, Golden Hill will include the commercial center, regional offices for rent and apartments.
The project consists of several phases, phase 1 is included 2 blocks of 35 stories, 4 basements and 400 high-class apartments (area from 90m2 to 350m2/apartment).
In the morning of 19 Sep, 2010 COFICO has celebrated the open ceremony of this project.
The project will be finished in 2 years and 5 months.
