COFICO officially became the selected bidder for the construction of New Pearl Building Project

On 15th April 2010, COFICO officially became the selected bidder for the construction of New Pearl Building Project – 192 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, District 3, HCMC with over 2.200m2 campus. This building includes 18 storey, 2 basements and total floor area is about 14.500m2 with 120 luxury apartments. New Pearl architecture is designed by Aedas Viet Nam Company, structural design and M&E are executed by Connel Wagner Vietnam Company (belongs to Australian Connel Wagner). This is one of the main constructions of COFICO because it must meet the most severe standards about: concrete, electricity, fire prevention, fire protection system, etc. based on international standards. New pearl is designed with the most luxury facilities and special functions in sound-proof and heat insulation because of the application of structural solution and new materials. The first and second floors are used for commercial service premises and public activities, such as: kindergarten, luggage room, swimming pool, gym. The remaining rooms are for apartments. They are designed and constructed meticulously with high aestheticism. High-grade materials are used for construction of the whole building. It is expected that the building would be finished after 18 months of construction.
