COFICO awarded the PARCSpring Apartments Project

Early of 09/2010, COFICO was awarded the package “Structure, Finishing and M&E” for phase C2 of PARCSpring Apartments Project owned by the Saigon Khang Dien Real Estate Joint Stock Company. With the general floor area of 3ha and located on a favourable terrain (Ward Binh Trung Dong, Dist. 2, HCM city, 100m away from the Long Thanh – Vung Tau highway) Springlife Apartments were designed with modern style, including full of standardized amenities such as swimming pool, park, shopping center, kindergarten… that harmonize with the peaceful nature view and the quiet Giong Ong To river. Currently, COFICO has proceeded the essential steps to start the execution and the project is expected to complete after 22 months of construction.
