COFICO Executes 03 Blocks of 4.216 Apartments Project – Residential Area of 30,224 Ha – Binh Khanh Ward – District 2 – HCMC

On July and August  2012, Construction Joint Stock Company – No.1 continuously won The Tender Block D01, D02 and D04 of 4.216 Apartments Project –  Residential Area of 30,224 Ha – Binh Khanh Ward – District 2 – HCMC. The project which located on the axis of Vo Van Kiet Avenue, next to the centre of Thu Thiem New Urban Area and District 2,  including 10 blocks of relocated apartments, is invested by the Investor 21st Century Co.,Ltd.

COFICO as a design and build contractor joins the project of which D02 and D04 including around 700 apartments are executing and will be completed on October of 2013; Block D04 is preparing to execute and will be completed in 2014.
