COFICO has organized successfully the 3^RDcommuist party congress, term 2010-2015

On 13/05/2010, the cell of the political party of COFICO has organized the 3rd Communist Party Congress, Term 2010-2015. Participating are of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tu, Vice Director of People Committee, representatives from Departments, People Committee’s office, Mr. Ho Phuc Luc, Party Secretary of Saigon Construction Corporation and other members from the standing committee and all party members and key employees of COFICO. The congress heared the political report of term II, discussed directions, missions and solutions to achieve the targets for term 2010-2015. Directive speaking at the congress, Mr. Le Dang Xu highly appreciated the results achieved by the Party cell of the company of the last term, the efforts of overcoming difficulties, building a strong company of the employees. Mr. Xu also noted that Party cell of the company had to identify the difficulties, advantages and challenges to proactively integrat to the world and region’s economy. In addition, the activity of party member development had to be the key responsibility. Every party member had to be sure of fully understanding the Resolution of Party to create the highest consensus on mindset and willingness to turn the Resolution to reality. Paralelly, we should also train and develop the next generations, enhance the unity and the relationship within Party. Pressing on the auditing and managing party member, the congress set the general targets of term III: leaders had to complete the business targets successfully, maintain the stable growth on all targets, train the next generations, increase the competitiveness and creadibility, enhance physical and spiritual lives of employees, finish the work of security and defense and socialy orderliness, continue to push for the drive of building Party on the Resolution II of the Central, Term VIII, the dirve for “learn and do as the figure of Ho Chi Minh, increase the efficiency of union’s activities, building Party cell really clean and strong, build COFICO as a united and sharing organization. The congress also spent a lot of time for the representatives to discussed about directions and missions of the next terms, on which focuses on reasons and limitations of the last term, targets and solutions for the next term in order for the whole Party, whole country to build a richer nation. After 4 hours of working on the spirit of democratic concentration, the congress ended successfully. Mr. Le Dang Xu was elected as the Party secretary, Mr. Tien Thuy Yen was elected as the Party vice secretary. The congress elected 5 members on the standing committee for the new term and 8 representatives for the 3rd term congress of Saigon Construction Corporation. The success of the congress was the first brick, the foundation for the unity of the employees of the company, contributing to accomplishment of the target of building a stable and sustainable company.
