On 6th and 7th Jun, 2010, COFICO is honored to be invited to World Economic Forum on East Asia 2010 (briefed WEF) as official member of Global Growth Companies (GGC) of WEF which was held in Ho Chi Minh City.
The forum discusses the four main topics, the management of Asia economies, global risks, a green growth program and a future growth program. With nearly 200 working sessions with participation of all members about the role of a rising Asia (such as How will Asia lead, When Asia’s youth speak, Is the rest of the world listening?); Sustainable development program in future in Asia ( such as Future of sustainable growth in Asia; Partnerships for sustainability: years of the green tigers? Megacities- the making of sustainable marketplaces of the future; Asia’s next generation of talent), Cofico positively contributed and shared ideas that highly acknowledged and appreciated by top representative of WEF.
Through the meeting and discussing to other members, COFICO was firmly affirmed as one of Vietnamese enterprises has vision and clear orientation in building future’ sustainable development.
