Daiwa House Industry Co,. Ltd Visited COFICO Head Office

On 21st November 2012, Mr. Kazuto Tsuchida – Director cum Managing Executive Officer of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd – a subsidiary of Daiwa House Group (Japan) visited Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 – COFICO head office to discuss for the long term strategic relationship.

During the discussion, Daiwa House Industry Co.,Ltd expresses their desire to invest in such  market segments as service apartment, commercial centre and hotel in Vietnam, Cambodia, Lao, Indonesia,…simultaneously to build Daiwa House – COFICO long term strategic relationship in order to maximize our advantages and successfully execute the coming up projects with high quality and reasonable cost. Previously, in the middle of October, Daiwa House Vietnam Ltd. – a subsidiary of Daiwa House Group and COFICO have coordinated to execute their first project in Vietnam as Block D – Lixil Global Vietnam Factory. Both sides have revealed the extreme determination to get success establishing a perfect initiation for Daiwa House – COFICO long term strategic relationship. For the coming up plan, Chairman cum CEO of COFICO – Mr. Le Đang Xu and directors will visit Daiwa House Industry Co.,Ltd head office and their executing sites in Tokyo and Osaka to  share the experiences as well as discuss the detailed strategic cooperation plan.
