COFICO becomes an official contractor of the Saigon Pearl luxury apartment building

COFICO has officially organized the groundbreaking ceremony of the Sapphire Palace located in the Saigon Pearl Luxury Apartment Building complex at 92 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, HCM City. COFICO and Bouygues Batiment International Company are the main contractors for this project that includes two isolated buildings, one basement, 37 floors and 528 apartments; the total area of the project is about 90.000 square meters and is estimated to be completed by 2010.
