COFICO BREAKS GROUND ON THE LOGISTICS LOGOS HUNG YEN PROJECT

On the afternoon of May 12, 2024, Construction Joint Stock Company COFICO organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the Logos Hung Yen Project at Industrial Zone No. 03, Xuan Truc Commune, An Thi District, Hung Yen Province.













The project, under Logos Vietnam HY1 Joint Stock Company, is an investment in pre-built warehouse and factory buildings with a total construction area of up to 77,803 square meters, occupying 60% of the land area. The Logos Hung Yen project is a modern construction project with various functional areas such as production workshops, warehouses, office buildings, and ancillary items according to new design standards, achieving LEED Gold certification, thereby enhancing the efficiency of logistics management for partners.





Upon completion, the project will provide favorable conditions and meet the demand for the use of pre-built warehouses and factories with strict standards by businesses operating in high-value industries such as electronics, automobiles, furniture, fashion, etc.
