On March 19, 2026, Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 (COFICO), in collaboration with Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd. (a member of Tokyu Corporation – Japan), officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the MIDORI PARK The TEN II project in Binh Duong New City.
Becamex Tokyu is a joint venture between Becamex IDC and Tokyu Corporation – one of Japan’s leading urban developers – with a vision to develop integrated urban areas under the “TOKYU Garden City – Always NEW” concept in Binh Duong.
The development of MIDORI PARK The TEN II continues the success of the previous phase, contributing to the formation of a modern, well-planned residential complex while enhancing the urban landscape of Binh Duong New City.
The project is strategically located in a prime area within the TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) center of Binh Duong Ward, approximately 1 km from the Binh Duong Administrative Center. It is surrounded by international schools, banks, and the Midori Park Haruka shophouse area. This location is expected to become a model for urban development in line with Binh Duong’s overall growth trend.
The project has a total gross floor area of approximately 65,194 m² and comprises a single 14-storey tower (including 2 podium floors and 12 floors of high-end residential units), delivering 374 fully finished apartments. The development is planned with a modern, integrated approach, harmonizing green living spaces with a wide range of amenities. MIDORI PARK The TEN II is expected to be completed and put into operation in early 2028.
As the Main Contractor, COFICO – with over 50 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly in high-rise and high-quality developments – is committed to mobilizing all necessary resources to ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery in accordance with the commitments made to the Client.
The ceremony was honored by the presence of representatives of the Japanese Government in Vietnam, along with representatives of Ho Chi Minh City authorities. The groundbreaking ceremony marks not only the commencement of a new project but also reaffirms the strong and effective partnership between Becamex Tokyu and COFICO in delivering modern, sustainable urban developments.
