Cofico Dream Night 2017

Ending 2016 with a lot of success and also difficulties, COFICO held a year end party with the subject of COFICO DREAM NIGHT 2017 at GEM CENTER on January 19th 2017.

Attending the party, in addition to the participation of all COFICO members and representatives of the strategic shareholders from GAMMON and MAEDA, there is the presence of sub-contractors and suppliers that have been together with COFICO during the years. On this occasion, Mr. Le Dang Xu – Chairman and CEO of COFICO handed souvenirs to thank all typical partners for their supports.

In addition, Best Employee of the Year is the important program that awarded to outstanding employees is an integral part of the party. Mr. Le Dang Xu – Chairman and CEO of COFICO has named the individuals who win Best Employee of the Year for their out outstanding contributions during 2016.

In addition, one special award about teamwork who overcomes challenges to complete the tasks excellently with high team spirit was given to Gateway Team which is led by PD Nguyen Huu.

Innovation is an annual internal contest of COFICO to seek and develop innovative ideas of employees with the aim of improving productivity and quality of work every day at the office as well as project site. This year, the winner of the second prize is an IT staff with the application of CView360. Besides, there is consolation prize, potential prizes and idea prizes. Mr. Le Dang Vinh – COO of COFICO awarded to individuals and teams winners.

Last but not least, “Lucky Draw” is an attractive part of the party that attracts everyone’s attention. A total of 18 prizes were awarded to luckiest attendance with the highest prize worth VND 20,000,000 cash.

Closing the event of COFICO DREAM NIGHT 2017, all COFICO member as well as partners had a warm and friendly dinner with an expectation of getting further success in 2017.
