On 13rd August 2008, COFICO has officially participated in building the construction of Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower at Pham Hung Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi – the highest building in Vietnam with $1,1 billion of total investment.
This tower is a part of a complex residences and office towers, including a 70-story office tower and two 47-story towers of Residence Building with the total GFA of 578.957 m2. The compound is located on an area of 46,000 m2 and planed finishing in 2010. With the height of 336 m, Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower is considered the highest building in Vietnam, ranking the world’s 17th highest building and the 5th for the floor area of a single building. The 2 towers of Residence Building with 47 stories include 5-stars hotel, entertainment areas, luxurious apartments, convention centers and other substructures. Cofico is the contractor taking over the landscape and one of the 2 buildings with the total floor area of 10,000 m2.
