On 10th December, 2012, Mr. Koichi Obara – President of Maeda Corporation (Japan) visited and discussed the strategic corporation plan with Mr. Le Dang Xu – Chairman and CEO of Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 – COFICO.

In the meeting, Maeda and COFICO finally unified the corporation methods to execute coming up projects in Vietnam and neighbors. Both sides’ leaders collaterally discussed and unified the directions to accomplish and promote construction quality as plans to develop new technologies through prestigious universities’ researches, long – term trainings of M&E technique and finishing work to COFICO engineers, conferences to discuss about BIM, etc.…

In the morning of December 11, 2012, Mr. Koichi Obara visited Visuco Automobile Factory site that Maeda and COFICO has been collaborating to execute. It is believed that an important milestone in the COFICO – Maeda long term strategic corporation has been determined by Mr. Obara ’s business trip.
