On March 3, 2026, Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 (COFICO) and VIAS Vung Tau Hotel Corporation held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the 5-star VIAS Hotel Project, located in Tam Thang Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
The project features 01 basement level and 22 above-ground floors, providing nearly 200 five-star standard guest rooms. This addition brings the total capacity of the Vias Hotel chain in the area to 375 premium rooms.
Strategically located along the coastal tourism route of Tam Thang Ward (formerly Vung Tau city), the project is expected to become a new architectural landmark, contributing to the development of the local tourism and hospitality industry.
In this project, COFICO serves as the Design & Build General Contractor, implementing comprehensive design and construction solutions to ensure high quality, on-schedule delivery, and investment efficiency.
The project is scheduled for completion and operation by the end of 2027, marking a new milestone in the high-end hotel and resort segment in local area.
